Canon presented new model of legendary G-series: compact Powershot G9.

The device is performed in the style of the first cell lines. It is positioned almost as DSLR camera; it supports the professional RAW format and SDHC memory cards. Canon G9 has 12 Megapixel (1/1.7/ PLC) sensor, 6-x optical zoom, optical image stabilization system (O.I.S.), DIGIC III processor, an optical viewfinder and 3 ” LCD, a maximum SXF - ISO 1600, PictBridge technology and improved definition of the frame (up to 9) to correct Autofocusing and exposure settings.
The novelty will appear in October at a price - $ 500.
